The elementary and secondary Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Denver, under the jurisdiction of Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila and at the direction of the Acting Superintendent of Catholic Schools, state that all of their Catholic schools admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools. Furthermore, Archdiocesan schools admit handicapped students in accordance with Archdiocesan Policy No. 2000 concerning student admission. These schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, age, handicap, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, employment practices, scholarship and loan programs, and athletics or other school administered programs.
The confidentiality of students records and privacy rights of students and parents shall be maintained in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of January, 1975. The following types of records are maintained in the student record files, and may be reviewed by the parent upon request:
